Prenatal Care Teaching Includes:

Common discomfort in pregnancy, decreasing preterm labor, child birth classes (stages of labor, pain management, counting contractions, etc.) preparing for breastfeeding and more . . .

 Breastfeeding Preparation in home or telehealth visits are available before your baby is born or appointments for breastfeeding/chest feeding are available when ever you need assistance. 

• Initial in home consultation (up to 2 hours), Price $200
• Follow up, in home consultation (up to 90 minutes), Price $175
• Virtual Consult (up to 90 minutes), Price $200
• Follow up, Virtual consultation (up to 90 minutes), Price $175

For our prenatal mommies- to- be, newborn care includes teaching of fetal development, safe sleep and what to expect in the first 24 hours after baby is born. Our postpartum mothers teaching includes: baby basic such as: newborn feeding, tummy time, cord care, cradle cap, diaper changing, preventing diaper rash, SIDS and more . . .

• 2 classes, Price $50, 1.5 hours/class

This course offers an in-depth understanding of CPR. People taking the course learn what CPR is and what it aims at achieving. It is inclusive of the concept behind the administration of CPR, you also obtain information on how CPR saves a life by restoring breathing and blood circulation. Persons learn how to offer quality CPR to save lives.  Participants upon completion of this course and passing the exam will receive their certification.

SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) is the leading cause of death in infants 1 to 12 months of age. Training includes: teaching parents, caregivers and providers how to decrease the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), accidental suffocation in a sleeping environment and other deaths that can result from other known causes.

• 1 class, Price $25/class 1.5 hours

Infant massage provides many benefits for the infant. A caring touch is good for everyone, especially for infants who are new to the world and need the reassurance of someone special being there for them. Training helps parents and caregivers gain an increased awareness of the baby and his or her needs.
